Privacy and cookie policy
This page explains what data we collect on prestapolska.pl, why we collect it and what your rights are.
1. Data controller

2. Contact form
When you send the form we process: your name, e-mail address, optionally phone number and store address, subject and message, the date and wording of your consent, and your IP address (to protect against spam).
- Purpose: answering your enquiry and preparing an offer.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- How it is sent: the form message is delivered by e-mail to our mailbox – we do not store it in a database or in files on the website.
- Retention: up to 12 months after the message is sent, after which we delete it from the mailbox unless we enter into a contract.
- Recipients: our hosting and e-mail providers, only to the extent necessary to run these services.
Providing data is voluntary, but without your name, e-mail address and message we cannot reply.
3. Your rights
You have the right to access your data and receive a copy, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing). Just write to support@prestapolska.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
4. Cookies
On your first visit we show a banner where you decide which cookies you accept. You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.
